Sheryll is a Senior Manager in PwC’s Global Mobility Consulting Services (GMS) practice supporting clients on global mobility strategy and operations. GMS is a specialized practice at PwC comprising over 4,000 dedicated professionals in 100+ countries supporting multinational organizations and their cross-border employees.
Sheryll has been a Global Mobility practitioner within the Professional Services, Energ, Power & Utilities and Technology sectors for 10+ years. She is a subject matter expert in global, regional and permanent relocation policy design and benchmarking, process improvement frameworks and managing multi-tiered policies and M&A integration within small to medium sized programs on the corporate side prior to joining the GMS practice.
Sheryll’s accomplishments include a short term assignment in the UAE, volunteering as a Global Mobility Journeys Advisor and Ambassador, writing blog posts for the NextGenGM Playbook, participating as a thought leader and panelist at a number of industry conferences and sessions in the EMEA and Americas regions on global mobility strategy, workforce diversity and operations; and contributing to the Mobility Magazine periodical.
She serves as current Co-chair of the IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity Equity in Action) Taskforce with the Worldwide ERC® and a DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) Committee member with the Canadian Employment Relocation Council (CERC).
She is a immigrant from the island of Jamaica, and has called Canada home for the past 20+ years. She is a wife to Roger and a mum to Dominyck and Gillian and in her spare time she can be found reading!!
